Nickel
Last updated October 13, 2026
Nickel is a coin-joining swipe puzzle for iOS. It has no accounts and no sign-in — your gameplay and settings are stored only on your device.
What we collect
Advertising identifiers & usage data
Nickel shows ads via Google AdMob: a banner below the board, an occasional full-screen ad between games, and optional short videos you can watch for a bonus (Undo, Second Chance). AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. On iOS you'll be asked for App Tracking Transparency permission before any personalized advertising; declining still lets you play with non-personalized ads.
Crash & diagnostic data
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics (device model, OS version, and stack traces) so we can fix bugs. This data is not used for advertising and is not linked to any personal profile.
Purchases
The optional “Remove Ads” purchase is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see or store your payment details.
What we don't do
We don't require an account, we don't collect your name, address, or contacts, and we never sell your personal information.
Children's privacy
Nickel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
